TheFreezer Cooking Manual from 30 Day Gourmet has become my favorite resource, and it’s easy to see why. Written by moms with recipes approved by their combined families, the cookbook is practical. You won’t see recipes that include unusual ingredients. And their website features a list of FREE recipes that keeps growing each month!
Their latest “Chewing the News” newsletter describes a simple cooking day, step by step – shopping the sales, marinating, bagging and freezing meat. I’d encourage anyone interested in freezer cooking to read (and see pictures) of what a cooking day looks like in action!
