Has anyone had an issue with Ibotta not giving credit for the Cheerios Berry cereal? Both Fetch and Ibotta did not recognize the boxes on the receipt & then Ibotta told me to next time check the package at the store. It scanned perfectly! Frustrating.
I haven’t bought it, but was planning on buying it. After reading your problems. I think I will skip it…..don’t feel like the hassle is worth it. Thanks for posting.
Ibotta worked fine for me, Fetch recognized only two of the five boxes I bought, but I corrected the receipt and got the rest of my points in an hour or so. The Kroger digital coupons didn’t work (which is fine, I just submitted to Coupons.com instead), but the Kroger Cash Back also didn’t work, so I’ll have to contact CS about that.
Similar situation here – ibotta worked, fetch caught all 5 no problem, kroger digital coupons did not work and kroger cash back did not work. The kroger cash back deals have failed me the last three times I used them. Are they working for anyone on anything?
When Kroger Cash Back doesn’t work for me I call Krogers 1800 number and they make it right plus they give me a bonus.
