Terrible company to work with. I ordered this same pillow and it took over 2 months to arrive and that was after several emails and threatening to cancel the payment. The final product didn’t even fit the stated pillow size very well, very loose and floppy.

I’m sorry you had such a bad experience; mine has been exactly the opposite. I’ve ordered dozens of items from them (including this pillow) over the last 3 years and have had a great experience every time. Everything has been good quality & is still being used and/or worn, and shipping has always been faster than expected.

I’ve since learned the quality/service greatly depends on what region you’re in. The work is farmed out to individuals who contract for the work and then purchase their own supplies, create the item, and ship it to you or your recipient. I will give them a try again, since it did eventually arrive, from China. Covid was a new issue when I was ordering so maybe that was more the problem than I realized.
