Read the reviews – this really is an incredible resource in your kitchen! In our house, the Instant Pot has now kicked the slow cooker out of the kitchen! Our own Emily highly recommends it as well:
This is my favorite kitchen gadget – I use it almost every day! I use it for hard boiled eggs (it makes them really easy to peel), mashed potatoes, chicken, rice, roasts and potatoes, and I make my own yogurt with it. I use this site often for recipes. I add 5 minutes to most meat recipes because I like my meat falling apart.
I will often make a roast and potatoes when I get the kids home from school, set it for 55 to 59 minutes, then run everyone around for 2-3 hours and come home to a perfect dinner. — Emily, B2B deal-hunter
