You have to put the bread and pizza in and add that coupon at checkout, it won’t apply if there is nothing in the cart.
You weren’t using the app? It’s possible that some locations aren’t honoring it, but that seems strange.

i just created an account and got a coupon for “1st online order”. doesn’t say what it is, but it takes $2.95 off a breadstick and lg pizza. but when i tried to enter the BIGDEAL code, it tells me ‘no coupon found’. even when i removed the “1st online order” discount. sigh… w bloomfield (farmington rd) location.
huh, tried just changing the location (farmington hills, middlebelt) and the price of a lg pizza changed from $8.99 to $9 (without the topping). and when i added the bread & 1 top pizza, the BIGDEAL code worked. 🙂 too bad that one’s a bit farther from me tho… 😛
