Sea Life Michigan Aquarium Ticket Deal: Buy 1 adult ticket, get 1 child ticket free!
Have you been looking for a Sea Life Aquarium ticket deal? I know I’ve been hunting for a discount since they opened earlier this year in Auburn Hills, Michigan (Great Lakes Crossing)!
Now through June 30, 2015, when you buy an adult ticket to Sea Life Michigan Aquarium ($23.50) at your KROGER store, you’ll get a free child admission ($18.50 value) with your purchase. That’s like paying $11.75 per ticket! Visit the customer service desk to buy a $23.50 adult admission and you’ll receive a printout ticket that looks something like this:
How to get your B1G1 SEA LIFE Michigan Ticket Deal:
- Visit your nearest Kroger location through June 30 and head to a checkout lane*, where you can purchase SEA LIFE Michigan Aquarium adult tickets for $23.50 each.
- There’s no coupon required! Your cashier representative should have a card with a UPC code they can scan for the Adult and FREE Child Admission Ticket offer.
- The purchased ticket is valid for 1 adult and 1 child admission to SEA LIFE Michigan Aquarium through December 31, 2015.
- You can purchase more than one adult-child Sea Life admission tickets at a time. Other discounts and coupons are not valid with this offer (but this is the biggest discount I’ve seen, so don’t miss it!).
- *PERK* You are welcome to redeem your tickets at any time during normal admission hours. There is no need to reserve a time slot or pre-schedule your visit. You will be allowed to enter using the prepaid ticket line. (When you purchase online SEA LIFE tickets, sales are limited to the scheduled day to prevent overbooking. But these tickets aren’t limited that way!)
*NOTE: While these tickets may be able to be purchased at the customer service desk, most Kroger stores do not have a Catalina printer there to print out the tickets.
Some SEA LIFE Michigan Notes:
- Adult admission (ages 13 and up) regular price: $23.50
Child admission (ages 3-12) regular price: $18.50
Ages 2 and under are FREE - If you miss this offer, there are other ways to save:

Can you use these tickets on any day at any time? The ones they sell online are for specific times only
Yes, any day the aquarium is open.
This is the only way that I would ever visit that aquarium again! It is a great facility, with wonderful animals, but WAY over priced! It is very small and takes less than an hour to get through! NOT worth paying full price in my opinion! Thank you for posting this discount!
Agreed!
I agree with Jamie. It was enjoyable, but short. If you get a chance visit the Toledo Zoo. They just opened their new aquarium and it is really cool. Plus you get to see the rest of the zoo too.
I work at Kroger at the service desk, so just a heads up – *most* Kroger stores do not have Catalina printers at their service desk so tickets CANNOT be printed there. The cashiers have cards on all their lanes so that they can sell tickets. Go through the regular line, NOT the service desk!
Thanks for the tip, Amanda – I’ll update that in the post!
We don’t have any Kroger’s at all in our area
Sorry to hear that, Susan! If you’re planning to visit Sea Life Michigan in Auburn Hills, you’re likely to pass quite a few Kroger stores on the way. You could always stop and pick up tickets then!
i was told by my Kroger that I needed a coupon. Any idea were I can find it?
They should have a bar code they can scan at each checkout aisle.
Can you buy regular adult tickets without the free child one at Kroger as well? We have three adults and one child we want to take, and we are figuring it would be easier to buy all our tickets at once.
No, I believe the combo ticket is the only one they sell – but you can always ask!
If the Kroger store can’t print them how will I go about printing/using the coupon? Is a receipt of purchase enough?
You also receive a discount through the Great Lakes crossing passport to savings. You can receive the pass if you travel 50 or more miles, have military id or a AAA membership. I can’t remember what the discount is though.
Are these tickets still available and if not is there another promotion coming again soon?
You can currently get $6 off coupons at Dunkin Donuts locations. I’ll be posting details soon.
