This must be a regoinal deal. I tried this at my Kroger in Columbus Ohio and it didn’t work. 🙁
It could be, did you receive other Catalina coupons? If not your machine may have been resting. You could still try to e-mail Catalina and they may mail you the coupon you were expecting.
I’m in Metro Detroit and it didn’t print for me a few days ago. I caught it right away and the cashier said the machine wasn’t printing all night. So I submitted a request to Catalina and just got an email today saying “Resolution Method: No Problem Found” and my ticket was being closed. I just called Catalina to find out what this means and the guy took my number to have someone else call me back.
I have never heard that response. I have done it twice at Kroger for the 8 oz and once at Meijer for the .5 liter and received the Catalina offer. This may be more of a hassle, but you can return it and rebuy the same water at a different checklane to see if it prints.
