I just signed up, thanks! It seems that it would take a while to accumulate $20 to cash out though. On FAQ it says money would be made in check, I hope they pair with paypal as it’s easier!

How can I sign up without a smart phone?

When signing up, click the button that says “sign up with email” to create your account. Then shop as usual. To claim an offer that you bought at the store, scan your store receipt. Make sure all the info shows including the date, name of store and items purchased. Then, log into your Checkout 51 account press the “upload” button. You will need to retrieve it from your file. The directions on the website make it pretty easy. I don’t have a smart phone either. Hope this helps.

What do you do if your receipt is too long to get it all in one pic clearly? So, I just take a pic of the receipt and send the pic as an email? I guess I don’t understand how to upload or submit the receipt…

You take photos of it in sections – most receipts are quite long and require this!

I’m going to sign up! Unlike Ibotta it says ANY store! I shop at my local Spartan store (where I work) so I will actually benefit from something like this!!!

I checked this company out and they are from Toronto Canada. I hope that doesn’t affect the check or the amount they actually give.

No, it doesn’t. They originated there, but expanded to support US stores.

Has anyone had any problem with Checkout 51 besides me? I submitted a very long receipt and they advised that it wasn’t readable and to submit it again. I submitted it again and it showed pending right afterwards and I got an email with a reference #. After a couple of days, I check on it again and it is not pending and the offers are still there. After contacting the company, they advise me it appears that there was a connection problem during upload and I had to submit the receipt again by midnight tonight! I don’t think I will be submitting it again. If there was a connection issue during upload, then I don’t think I would have gotten an email. Just wanting to know if this is something anyone else is running into or not. Thanks!

I submitted one through the app (a short receipt) and got the credit in my account within 48 hours.

Thank you Jolyn. I am bummed that it didn’t work for me. Maybe I will try it again on a different deal. Maybe they don’t like long receipts. LOL 🙂 Thanks for all you do!
