Today Coupon Network released a new Catalina Savings Printer based on user feedback – it requires NO JAVA for a simpler, safer printing experience. Apple had blocked Java from many versions of the OSX operation system due to security vulnerabilities – and any Mac computers were not able to print coupons from CouponNetwork.com.
This update should eliminate any Java-related print issues you may have previously experienced when trying to print coupons from Coupon Network and or Target websites (which uses the Coupon Network format).
The new program will be released in waves, so not all users may receive a prompt to install the new “Catalina Savings Printer.” ALL Mac users should see the new prompt now, however. (I was excited to be able to print coupons from both Coupon Network and Target sites today without any trouble after loading the new program!).
Eventually, all users will be asked to upgrade to the Catalina Savings Printer (the old version will only be supported temporarily). You will need to install a small, safe program – however it will work more effectively and will not require Java!

I keep getting “Sorry, we can’t print your coupons!
The coupons you selected did not print
Coupons may not print because the maximum allowed prints may have been reached
between the time the coupon was presented to you and the time you tried to print the coupon. This may also occur if you had previously printed the maximum for that coupon,
but we were unable to detect that before your print started.”
I use to be able to print coupons from Target and Coupon Network. It never prompted me to install new software. Maybe there is still some bugs. I am running Windows XP and tried Firefox and IE.
Anyone else having problems?

I got the exact same message and no coupons. 🙁

Problem solved. I restarted my PC and now they will print. So if you are having problems, try restarting your PC.

I’ve restarted my computer numerous times and it still won’t work for either the Target or Coupon Network. Funny I printed Target coupons on Tuesday and now nothing. I do use a Mac but they said it would work on all computers. Still seems like they haven’t worked the bugs out yet.

I didn’t have any trouble on my Mac once I downloaded/installed the new program.
Mike says
Try uninstalling the coupon activator, restart your PC, install the software again, and restart the PC again.

Don’t forget it can also be a browser issue. There have been many times where I’ve gone to print and it won’t print in one browser (like IE) but will print in Firefox or vice versa. 🙂
