This coupon beeped for me at my Meijer and a manager had to approve it. It said the coupon didn’t have an active start date, or something like that… They forced it through, but it may cause problems at less coupon friendly locations.

Im in cincinnati and when I went to meijer on thurs I bought 2 of the El monteray family dinners and 2$ came off instantly at ther register. 1$ came off for each one. I also had the printable 1.50 that I was also able to use. The price for these were 5.99 each. So I wound up paying 3.50 each for these.
for the jello deal – I hope the catalina will count the 3 count Temptations – normally there are 6 in a package.
Temptations were listed on the Catalina printout, so they should be safe.

In my 2/13 Free Press I didn’t get a General Mills Insert. Did anyone else who got the Free Press that day get one? I wanted the yogurt and brownie coupons.

I didn’t get a Quaker cat, but I did get $3 off my yopliat purchase when I bought 5 Quaker items, so I made sure to buy 5 yoplaits so I could get them free.
Does anyone know if the $3 off Yoplait pertains to the total of Yoplait products? For instance, if I buy 6 small yogurts at 50 cents each, will it deduct all $3 or will it just take off 50 cents?

Same here, then I looked in my coupon binder and sure enough I had two that are for Cole’s breadsticks that will expire on 3/12. Maybe you printed them but haven’t used them yet either.
I can never get those to print. Every month is the same way. I think that it printed then I go to the printer and there is nothing there.

I purchased 5 of the “chunk light”. (I received my jello catalina, so I know the machine was working)
At my Meijer the catalina machines are running slow. I waited for a minute and gave up. Then I went over to the Sandy the horse to let my daughter enjoy the ride. When it was over I noticed my catalina hanging off the machine. I ran back and grabbed it! Thank goodness nobody went through the line.

I went this morning. Goldfish were $2.19 ea in Hartland Meijer. I did the Jello deal and used the temptation coupons $1 off ea as well as the pudding coupons from coupons. com. I also bought John Frieda Shamp and cond with a $2 coup that is our favorite hair stuff and some biore face cleansers (had a bogo coup) and got $5 instant coupon off my order. In H&B they had quite the clearance section so be sure to check yours. My son uses the acnefree and they had the cleansers on clearance.
Did the Temptations coupons beep? I thought Meijer didn’t allow coupons on free items.
Meijer doesn’t allow it – and I recommend staying within the rules when using coupons.

The Splenda 50ct. packets were $2.01 at my store. I bought 2 and used the mmcoupon to get $1/2, then used 2 of the $1/1 coupons attached above and got them for 50cents each.
Thank you very much for the matchups. I spent $137 on groceries today for my family of 6… but I saved $110.30 and got $7.50 back to use on my next trip! The people who waited patiently behind me in line while all my coupons were scanned were amazed.

I have been couponing for a year Nancy and I just now don’t feel that same way as you described. Remember that your time is money. When you go to the store and see all the savings, that’s your pay. Keep it up, it’s worth it.

My Toledo ad has Tai Pei entrees on sale for $2. That is the 7.9-14 ounce. The picture in the paper shows the multiserve 16-24 ounce entrees so I am a lttle confused as to which one the deal is on until I get to the store. Either way, there is a good deal to be had here combined with the MMB coupon of $1/4. So it should be .75 each with both coupons. we love chinese food although I can’t say I have tried this to know how it is.
What is the second coupon and where would we find it?

On the Similac coupons, it says one coupon per transaction…so that means we can only use one $5/1 q even though we have to buy two Similac for the gift card deal…right?
Ouch. I didn’t get a chance to pull the coupon and look at it. That’s right, then.
I bought six Similac formulas in one transaction and used six $5.00 coupons with no problems. I went through U-scan and they all took off without it beeping for a cashier. Also, I got the three $5.00 gift cards no problem.
it’s still a great deal even if you only are allowed to use on $5 off. I also have the formula “checks” from Similac which aren’t considered coupons, so I’ll be using two of those also….I did wonder if you could do it multiple times in the same transaction though…thanks!
theres is a bricks coupon (coupons.com) for $.30/1 sweet grands. these are always included in the sale, that makes them $.39 each!
Grands cinnamon rolls are around $2.50 each when they go on sale! According to the ad, they’re not included. 🙁 Let me know if you find out differently when you shop.
Tried to do the Jell-O deal at Howell Meijer. Got Temptations for free, but did not receive the instant savings at register. Checked Meijer Mealbox and that was not listed in the Custom Coupons. Maybe this offer is not available at Howell Meijer?

I got 1 choc/van pudding pack, 1 jello multi-flavor pack, 1 straw. cheesecake, 1 chocolate mousse. The $3 cat did print for me.
Getting the Temptations for free is the instant savings at the register. Your deal should have gone like this:
2 Jello 6 packs ($2.50 each = $5.00)
2 Jello Temptations ($2.50 each = $5.00)
Get 2 Temptations free instantly at the register = (-$5.00)
Use 2 $0.75 coupons on the 6 packs = (-$1.50)
Get a $3.00 Catalina back = (-$3.00)
Total should be $.50 for all 4 packages (or free if your store doubled those $0.75 coupons to a dollar, like mine did.)

There is a $1 mperks coupon for the Disney vitamins. There were also still some of the vitamin coupon books by the pharmacy at my Meijer that have a $1 off Disney vitamins as well. Either of those would work for the matchups as well 🙂

Just a heads up I bought 4 PF Goldfish and used 1 MMQ for $1/2. But it only gave me one for free. Had to go to CS so have it fixed. Not sure why b/c the MMQ comes off the two you’re paying for and the other two should be free…but just check your receipts!

Hi, just wanted to let you know that on the Starkist site, if you register, you get a coupon for .50 off the tuna pouches, so doubled to 1.00. I used 2 of those, plus 2 of the .75 off 2, and 3 of the mealbox on 7 packages of tuna. I paid .70 and got the 1.50 cat. The reason I bought 7 is that I was afraid the mealbox coupons wouldn’t work if the total of the coupons was more than the total order. May work with 6 too. Hope this helps someone!

Went to Meijer today, specifically for the Mrs. T’s and the instant $1 off didn’t happen. Still managed to get 3 boxes for $2 total though.
I thought that happened to me too – I looked for $1 to be removed at the end. The cashier explained to me that 33 cents was taken off each box. The self-serve screen showed each Mrs T’s at $1.67 and then -.33
It wasn’t listed as a full dollar.
It is also listed that way on my receipt. I just checked. (and it was 34 cents, not 33…)
I bought Propel 6 pack, it is 2/$5 this week, not sure if it is sale or price drop, but I bought 1, and out popped a cat for $1.50 off 2, so later I bought 2 for $3.50 (using coupon) and out comes another cat for $2.25 off 3 6 packs. So I guess I could continue to buy 6 packs for $1.75 each. Not free but cheaper than gatorade, which is why I bought it for my kids who are in sports and like to drink gatorade.
Also Marysville had the bagged air heads in check out lanes, bottom shelf, center check outs, not end ones. They are $.50 still.
Oh also I bought quaker chewey bars, using mbq, and it didnt work, they had to do it by hand, just taking a dollar off. ($1/5) They are on sale for $2 per box.
FYI – I did the V8 deal today (and thankfully had some manufacturer’s coupons to go along with the Mealbox ones), and I didn’t have time to do 5 separate transactions in order to get all five catalinas for the ten bottles of V8 I purchased. So, I did two transactions – one catalina printed for the first two I bought, and then FOUR more catalinas printed from the eight I bought in the second transaction. I don’t think I’ve ever had a catalina print multiple times on the same transaction before! Woo-hoo!
Tried to buy General Mills fruit snacks this morning – they are not included in the sale. Only fruit rollups, fruit by the foot and fruit gushers. So the deal scenario listed above isn’t going to work.
My Meijer has a large endcap with Velveeta on it, each box has a .55 cent off coupon. At Meijer Westland the price is $1.83, I bought them in lots of 5, and got the $4 cat. They came out to .48 cents a box, which the way my family eats Velveeta is great especially when you figure you dont add milk or butter to it. I also bought them for my sons preschool Mac and Cheese week next week, very thankful my son decided we would bring in Velveeta to make for the class. (Everyday is a different type of mac and cheese, pretty neat.)
