Just a comment…Not sure how everyone else finds Target shopping, but at the Chesterfield Target, they have never allowed me to get anything for FREE. When I have tried to use the coupons and sale matchups, they just say, “Well that would make it free.”, to which I respond, “Exactly!” Once it was because the coupon was for more than the item and they told me they never price adjust, NEVER. So I just quit doing the Target sales. Too upsetting.
I also have not had good luck with the Chesterfield store. They won’t let you use the coupon if it’s worth more than the item.
The Target in Wixom was really rude to me about the coupons! I was pleasant and when they said I couldn’t use some of them (a Target + a manu or a manu for a trial size or buying 3 alike items each with a coupon) I questioned them (didn’t get mad) I thought Target had recently had a problem with coupons ringing up wrong and that they were trying to “right the wrong” by being especially welcoming of coupons ( especially their own !!) Bummer because I always liked Target but now who needs the embarrassment.
There is also a printable Target coupon for the Kelloggs Crunchy Nut cereal. Buy one 10 oz or larger and get one free. I tried it last night along with the mfg coupon and it beeped, but I argued my point that both could be combined and they just took the $2.50 off.
I stopped coupling at Clinton Twp Target on Gratiot because of getting a hard time too. I am ok with issues now and then but having 20 min. hang ups on every trip is frustrating.
It’s so disappointing that the coupon experience varies so much from store to store! I normally shop at the 15/Van Dyke store, and 99% of the time have great service (and their regular prices seem to be lower than other nearby Targets!). My alternate stores are Hall/Schoenherr and Hall/Heydenreich, and they are great most of the time too. Only minor issues that have been resolved quickly, never a large hassle.
I shop at the 15/Van Dyke store too and so far, knock on wood, haven’t had any problems.
I am out on the west side and 8 and Haggerty is the store I shop at most often because they are open late. It has been touch and go when I use the Tide coupon on? the trial size. I usually have a cashier say that I can’t use a coupon on a trial size. I explain that it is not excluded. The manager comes over, I politely plead my case and they put it through. This time the manager said there is a flaw in the manufacturers coupon….has…she must know better than P&G!??
I’ve only been couponing a few month and am loving it! And just wanted to add the Brighton Target is always pleasant and i haven’t had anty bad experiences with couponing there! Also thanks for this website–such a blessing!!
Can anyone else not get the Disney vitamin coupon to print from the Target site??? I’ve tried printing it twice. It prints all of the other coupons that I want, but not that one.

Just a note that if sign up for the Target Red card you save 5% on everything everytime you use it. It works just like a debit and comes right from your checking. You will need your checkbook and id with you to sign up.
