Coupons are accepted at FACE VALUE at Target stores.
You can view the Target Store Coupon Policy online. Print it out and keep it with your shopping list just in case you need it!
You may combine a Target store coupon with a manufacturer coupon to maximize savings. You may be limited to one identical Target store coupon per transaction, as stated on the Target coupon.
Target regular store prices may vary slightly by location.
The local Target ads read “Get $0.05 off your shopping trip for every reusable bag you bring in.” Be sure to ask your cashier to credit your order, or point out the notice on the back page of the ad.
Anne says
The Edge Shave Gel was only $1.97 (regular price) last week at my Target, so with the coupons, only $0.22.
Beth G. says
If you have any of the $5 off Champion C9 coupons left that were available over the summer, they are only good until the end of the week-
Michelle says
There is also a Target web coupon for $1.00 off a Neutrogena facial care item. Should be able to use this along with the $5.00 printable mfr coupon on the Neutrogena Clinical, right? I’ve never stacked coupons at Target before – don’t want to mess up the first time I try!
Stacey says
Yes, as long as it reads “Target coupon” at the top, it’s perfectly legit to stack with the $5 manufacturer coupon. Usually Target coupons are limited to one per transaction, however. Thanks for noticing that coupon!
Michelle says
The $1.00 Target web coupon was a no-go. First the cashier tried to tell me it was because I used a manufacturer’s coupon on the same item, then she said it must only be good on cleansers because that’s what was pictured on the coupon. The coupon simply says “facial care item.” I wasn’t in the mood to push the issue, and the customer service line was too long. Oh well!
Stacey says
I’m sorry that you had troubles! Her first argument was flat-out wrong — besides it being in the coupon policy, many stores now have signs posted at the register that say that they will accept one Target Q & one manuf Q per item. I’ve had similar “interpretation” problems with Target coupons though; often the wording is very generic (i.e. disposable tableware item) and the cashiers will interpret the wording themselves to say that it doesn’t include napkins, etc. Next time, you might want to try asking for a manager while standing at the register. I would also encourage you to contact Target corporate about your experience!
Amy says
I’ve had trouble in the past at where to find some of the trial size items? Hairspray, band-aids, Tide? Are they with the full size items?
ChristinaN says
They are in the travel size aisle by the Health and Beauty aisles. Some stores dont have all of them that are listed Ive noticed.
Kristen says
There are some new apparel coupons on the Target coupon site that you might want to print quick. I’ve heard that the kid’s denim one will make infant jeans only $1 this week!
Stacey says
Thanks, Kristen! Besides the apparel Qs (which are great for clearance rack shopping too!), there were lots of new Target coupons released this week, including one for photo prints and even a rare Coke Zero coupon.
Nanette says
I had an extremely awful experience at the 12 and Dequindre Target. The cashier would not take my coupon for the Tide. She said it was not for trial sizes and I explained that the coupon did not exclude trial sizes and she still would not take the coupon. Then she wouldn’t take my coupon for the Reach floss because she said the coupon was for more than the price of the item. The customer behind me, who was a snot, added Yeah you can’t do that. The manager came over and said they couldn’t take the coupons. I said I have done it before and the manager just said Well I don’t know who waited on you. I am very upset. I am planning on calling tomorrow to complain and I am now boycotting that Target.
Marie says
So completely RIDICULOUS that they wouldnt take your coupons. Why don’t empoyees and especially MANAGERS know their own stores coupon policy? I’m quite certain that “adjusting down” a coupon is in their policy. And if the coupon does not say “excludes trial size”, they should HAVE to accept it.
