I have NEVER seen these Buddies soaps at Meijer.
They do exist – I’ve seen them at Meijer. They’re with the kids soaps and shampoos near the pharmacy section. All of the Macomb locations seem to have them.

On the shelves I saw that if you bought 4 of certain Kellogg’s cereals (Raisin Bran, Rice Krispies, Shredded Wheat, Frosted Flakes (there might be others) that $3 is taken off your order. But I didn’t write it down, so don’t assume that it’s accurate. How does this jive with the buy cereal get free milk promotion?

I’m sorry that deal didn’t work for you! I haven’t tried it, but do have a printed advertisement for the offer. So you might want to give the Catalina company a call to find out why it didn’t print.
I just went to Meijer today and the Roch Hills location has Snuggle dryer sheets on sale for $3.29. With the $3 coupon I paid $.29 for one box (80 sheets). I had two coupons so I got twice the awesome deal!
At my Maumee Meijers there is no sign up for the free strawberries with the boxes of jello but I did try it and it did work. I’ll be going back tomorrow for lots more. I hate it when they do not post a deal. I have to wonder if it is intentional on their part.
I saw last night at Meijer that when you buy 2 Era on sale for $5.99, you get a catalina for $3 off your next purchase. With the $1 coupon from the 3/28 RP (I think), it makes them $2.50 each.
