KROGER COUPON POLICY
You can now view the Kroger coupon policy for Michigan online.
Please that Kroger’s coupon policy clearly states in each store ad: Limit 3 Manufacturer’s Coupons will be Doubled (up to $0.50) per Like Items Purchased.
NOTE on Printable Coupons: Some Kroger stores have been denying the redemption of any printable coupon over $1, so proceed with caution when using printable coupons. You can view/print the Kroger Print-at-Home Coupon Acceptance Policy here, which does not specifically restrict the use of printables over $1.
You WILL need a Kroger card to take advantage of these offers; sign up for one at the Customer Service desk if you do not have one!

KROGER SHOPPING TIPS
SELECT Kroger stores outside of Macomb (some stores in Saginaw and Genessee counties along with the Howell location – view a full list here) will double manufacturer’s coupons up to $1.00! This can mean a great savings (and some potential free items each week). If your travels happen to take you north, check the Kroger ad (search by zip code) for the areas you’re passing through. You just might want to pack your coupons, too!
Take your own bags to Kroger and you’ll receive a credit for $0.05 per bag used on your shopping order. You may need to remind your cashier to deduct your credit, however, as the computer will not do it automatically!
Load digital coupons to your Kroger card before you shop: visit Cellfire, P&G eSaver, Shortcuts and Kroger Digital Coupons. Each website lists the e-coupons that can be loaded onto your Kroger Card so that you can save even more! E-coupons are limited to one use per card and will NOT double. Kroger digital coupons may be combined with actual paper manufacturer coupons, according to this response from corporate (the other digital coupon sites restrict it according to policy):
Each store location has the option of using a store or manufacturer’s coupon in addition to a digital coupon – as long as the value of the coupon(s) used does not exceed the purchase price of the item(s).
This post is a proud part of Be Centsable’s Grocery Gathering. Visit the Grocery Gathering for a HUGE free listing of national and local store matchups from around the country, including CVS, Rite Aid, Walgreens, Target, Walmart and more!

kroger infort gratiot will not accept certain internet printed coupons they especially will not let you use the kraft $5.00 coupon of the Philly Cheese sale, they say it will give you the cheese for free and they will not let you do that, that sucks, they have lost my business for sure and many others, its not just this coupon but many other coupons have been rejected by them. Meijers on the other hand are glad to have you shop and they do not restrict the kinds or amounts you use.
marcia says
That could be just that clerk. In fact, since it is a promotion where you need to buy 10 items to receive the $5 off, legally… you are not getting the item for 99 cents each but you are getting the items for 1.49 each with a promotion from Kroger after purchasing 10 items.
I have had this issue in the past where a clerk tried to do this. Seriously, I’d try another store or another clerk. The facts are:
1. The item is 1.49
2. In order to get the $5 discount, you need to buy 10 items
3. The $5 off is a promotion from Kroger and does not affect the retail price of the item.
If you wanted to, you may be inclined to contact corporate and ask. Sometimes these stores like to make up their own coupon rules as they go along. I’ve seen this too at some stores.
One store even tried to tell me that I could not get a raincheck for an item unless it was in the ad! I knew they were wrong. As I am sure refusal to accept the $5 off 5 is also incorrect.
I used 4 coupons for $5 of 5 kraft without any issues.
(2 different transactions).
Ashley says
I have used the $5 Kraft coupons a couple times at Gratiot Rd. Meijer and they were “ok” about it but the last time I used it the lady (manager who had to approve it) was starting to get an attitude and sighing awfully loud. So I agree with the other post it depends on the clrek…because a few workers at meijer have not been happy to have my business. (not speaking for all but some need an attitude adjustment!! ) 🙂
Em says
I used it at several Krogers, no problem… Give it a try!
Tracy says
Not sure when or if it has expired, but the last time I have bought 2 Blue Diamond Milks I got a cat back for $1 oyno.
Denise Kott says
I posted this on the message board for the Krogers that double to $1 but thought I might repeat it here: My Krogers in Warren (11 mile and Hoover) accepts expired coupons, you might want to inquire at yours, but ask a manager, lots of cashiers are even unaware of it.
Kim says
The kraft easy mac cups kroger e coupon is $1/wyb4 (not 2). Learned that today when I bought two and the e coupon didn’t come off 🙁
Denise K says
Kim– you might want to call them, it is $1 off of 2, I just looked.
Tammy says
The Owosso store use to accept expired coupons and stopped the practice well over a year ago.
Cheryl says
The Owosso Kroger will not accept any internet coupons over $1.00. They don’t have any signs posted….just make you feel like a crook if you try to use them! Oh well…I go there for all my $1 coupons and then down the street to Meijer for any others.
