Buy 2 McCormick Spices, Black Pepper, Herbs, Onion, Extracts or Food Color in one transaction, get a $1.50 checkout coupon valid on your next order. Buy 3 or more, get $2.50. (9/30-10/23)
Have you received a Catalina advertisement at a Kroger register? Please share in the comments!
KROGER COUPON POLICY
You can now view the Kroger coupon policy for Michigan online.
Please that Kroger’s coupon policy clearly states in each store ad: Limit 3 Manufacturer’s Coupons will be Doubled (up to $0.50) per Like Items Purchased.
You WILL need a Kroger card to take advantage of these offers; sign up for one at the Customer Service desk if you do not have one!
NOTE on Printable Coupons: Some Kroger stores have been denying the redemption of any printable coupon over $1, so proceed with caution when using printable coupons. You can view/print the Kroger Print-at-Home Coupon Acceptance Policy here, which does not specifically restrict the use of printables over $1.
KROGER SHOPPING TIPS
SELECT Kroger stores outside of Macomb (some stores in Saginaw and Genessee counties along with the Howell location – view a full list here or a map of stores here) will double manufacturer’s coupons up to $1.00! This can mean a great savings (and some potential free items each week). If your travels happen to take you north, check the Kroger ad (search by zip code) for the areas you’re passing through. You just might want to pack your coupons, too!
Load digital coupons to your Kroger card before you shop: visit Cellfire, P&G eSaver, Shortcuts and Kroger Digital Coupons. Each website lists the e-coupons that can be loaded onto your Kroger Card so that you can save even more! E-coupons are limited to one use per card and will NOT double. Kroger digital coupons may NOT be combined with actual paper manufacturer coupons.

There’s a Hersheys catalina buy $20 get $5 through 10/31
Karisa says
I’m wondering how much you’ve watched Kroger’s mega events? I’d like to stock up on the creamette pasta. I noticed that it was on sale in the mega event last Nov. and then in May. Wondering if that means it could be on sale again in Nov. Any idea?
Jolyn says
I’ve watched them plenty, but I don’t feel like I could necessarily predict them.
Kim says
The cover girl coups 8.00 off: the two items must total more than 8 for the coupon to work, and I asked if the eye shadows would work with the coupon as well they said yes, meijers however said it was good for foundations, powders, concealor and bronzer only!
Jeanie says
I used the $8 off 2 Q at Meijer and had no problem. Bought 2 blushes at $3.99 ea and they actually took off the whole $8!
Kelly says
Walmart is the best place to use this coupon, as they will give you cash back on any overage!! I made 98 cents, to use on the rest of my purchases.
Amber says
I used at Krogers and had no Problems. Total came under 8.00 and worked just fine. Better to use at uScan
Brandi says
@ Kelly what Walmart does that? The one by me wont even take a coupon off if the register beeps at it. They were ‘told it could be fake’ even though it’s not printable! And I’ve never got an overage for a coupon..ever! I would like to though…once in my life lol
Prue says
The Howell WalMart took my $8 coupons no problem, no questions. A have to admit this is the first time I have been in a WalMart since I started couponing 8 months ago and it was to buy clothes so I grabbed blushes while I was there. They seem to be more coupon-friendly than previously.
Jackie says
@ Brandi, Walmart has been running a huge campaign to attract shoppers. It includes pricematching and allowing coupon overages. Some have reported actually getting cash back, but I usually have other things and just let the overage apply to the rest of my basket. Details listed in their policy. I keep a copy in my purse just in case my cashier isn’t familiar with it 😉
Liz says
I just used them at the Flint (Hill Rd) Meijer and bought 4 eye shadows each 3.09 and they let me use them…used 2 of the $8 and it took the $16 off. The coupon says face product, so they should’ve taken them.
Kim says
Howell kroger said it had to be over 8 to work, anybody try it there let me know!
Matt says
Owosso Kroger took the coupon but only gave me what the two items cost. I did it at walmart and got money back. Meijer takes all $8 off but you have to add items because they don’t give money back. So i got free cheese.
Becca says
I used mine at the howell kroger and for the two blushes it was 6.65?? and thats all they took off 🙁
Katie says
crest coupons in my PG 10/2 are
1.00 off TWO Crest Toothpaste 4.0 oz or more or liquid gel and
1.00 off ONE Crest Toothpaste 4.0 oz or more or liquid gel (excludes Crest Cavity, Baking Soda, Tartar)
Guess I need to check the add to see if either of these will work!
Jolyn says
Sorry about that – the database wasn’t exactly correct on those! 🙁
Katie says
no problem, i checked the database too and was puzzled. but you still do an awesome job! thanks again!
Gina says
My PG Saver on 10/2 and 10/16 says $1.00 off one but does exclude crest cavity, baking soda, tartar. Like you said have to check ad, not sure if the digital one will work either.
chuck says
I bought 32 of the Crest – the coupon worked on the Baking Soda Crest with no problems at Kroger.
Mary says
I understand having a big family and donating to charity, but buying 32 toothpastes clears the shelves and makes it hard for the rest of us to get a good deal. Just sayin.
jenni says
Amen!
Chris says
You don’t know how many different stores he went to in order to get the 32.
Trish says
Recently I have shopped at two of my local Kroger stores and found neither place to have their Catalina coupon printers to be in working condition. When I informed the cashier “that the catalina’s didn’t print” she asked me what a catalina was & then had no idea as to the process. This has happened three times at two different stores in Westland MI.
Has anyone else had this problem lately at Kroger stores?
Heidi says
Yes… Was just at kroger tonight… They said all the printers were out of paper?? Really??? Hmmm… I went to the customer service desk and she wrote me a coupon for moneyoff my nextorder as the catalina should have… Makes no sense….
Marla says
Katie,
If your Kroger store doubles up to $1.00, then the coupon will make them free. You just have to buy 2 tubes of toothpaste per coupon.
Katie says
my store only doubles up to .50 cents! but my aunts store does 1.00!
Jennifer says
What Kroger stores double up to $1.00? Mine doesn’t!
Jennifer says
Never mind…just had to read down a little….lol!
Becky F. says
My Chef Boyardee coupon from All You says Do Not Double!
Rachel says
If the coupon bar code number starts with a 5, then it will double regardless of what it says. If it starts with a 9, these will not double. This is the fastest way to find out if they will double.
Kit says
I’ve actually had Kroger cashiers (Grand Blanc) sort out the coupons that say do not double. Regardless of the code number being a 9. So watch for that and be happy when you get a less fussy cashier.
Nancy says
Is anybody else having trouble getting the tombstone pizza coupon? I have registered with Nestlefamily and still didn’t find a coupon. Duh …… is there something I am missing?
Angie says
Yes, I cannot print the Tombstone Q either. However, my store doubles up to a $1, therefore using 3 – $.75 Qs for Jacks Pizza and paying full price for the Tombstone and getting one pizza free = $1.30 a pizza. Better than the scenario above. Yah!!
Sarah says
I was having a lot of trouble with it, too. After multiple attempts, it did eventually work for me, though. Keep trying! I hope it works for you!
Nancy says
thanks Sarah ~ tried it again this afternoon and it worked 🙂
Lisa D. says
Does anyone know which Kroger Stores Double up to $1? I am in the mood for a “Field Trip”.
Liz says
I know the one in Howell does. I’ve been wanting to do the field trip thing as well, just wating for the right time to do it.
Marla says
All of the Kroger stores in Genesee County double up to $1 (Flint, Grand Blanc, Burton, etc).
Brandi says
If you read up above, where it says ‘kroger shopping tips’ there is an actual link you can click that will give you the full listing of stores that double to $1
Stacey B. says
Catalina for the Dole didn’t print for me. Machine was working since I received two other Catalinas.
Prue says
I received the Dole catalinas. I don’t know what the exact wording was but for every two that I bought, I got a .50 catalina. I had the $1/2 MC, they were 2/$4 and my store doubles up to $1 so I got them for round .75 a piece.
Prue says
Claify: These there the Dole frozen fruit cups that I got a catalina for.
Karin says
Lisa, the Kroger in Swartz Creek, Flint Twp, and Flint on Corunna Rd doubles to a dollar. The Swartz Creek store has the largest selection of the three but they are a little slow at restocking shelves.
Amanda says
Does anyone know where to get the seafood snackers? Or what they are? because I could not find them at my Kroger.
Nancy says
I found my seafood snackers on the counter under where they sell fish.
Nancy says
My printed Tombstone Q is $1.00/2 not $1.50/3.
Liz says
Anyone know where the Healthy Life bread is? I shop at the Grand Blanc store and haven’t ever seen it. Thanks!
Lori B says
I found the area it is usually in, bread aisle about halfway down, but they were out last week 🙁
Liz M says
I also found it with the bread. FYI my Kroger has the Healthy Life Bread 1/2 loaf for 10 for $10 till 11/9/11 so with the .35/1 makes the bread just .30 cents each. But my store only stocks a couple at a time.
Tanya says
My Crest Coupons are 1.00 off 1 therefore I will gain 1.00 and get the toothpast for free.
Christy says
I got the $5/OYNO after buying 8 bags of Reese’s PB Cups which cost me about $0.88/each. I plan on passing them out for halloween this year. I went to the Kroger in Howell that doubles up to $1.00. Kroger is currently running a catalina promo – Buy $20 worth of Hershey’s Chocolate and get $5 off your next order. I used 2-$1.00/3 and 2-$1.00/1 that I printed recently, which took off $8.00 bringing my total down to $12.00 but after receiving the $5 OYNO it was like spending only $7 for 8 bags of candy!
Melody says
The cover girl coupons are to be used on face products only. P&G and cover girl define face products as any applicators, blush, foundations, bronzers, powders and concealers.’

Kandoo wipes are 10 for $10 @ my kroger (Okemos). If you have the P&G coupon or snail mail coupon for $1 off they are free.
Sterling says
Mary, which insert did you find the Kandoo wipes in? I looked in both P&G inserts from this month & didn’t find that coupon? My Kroger has them for $1 also so I’d love to get some for FREE! Thanks! ~ Sterling
Jill says
There was a $1 off any Kandoo item (exp.12/31) that came out way back in April. There was a more recent coupon, but I think it was a $1 off sanitizer or hand wash, and $.50 off wipes. If you go on eBay, you can find tons of the latter coupons. The former are either gone or really pricey… But if you can get ahold of some, the $1 on any makes the small pack of wipes free all of the time. (for Genesee Co. stores)
Sterling says
Thanks for responding Jill. I don’t have any inserts before July, but if there was a 50c, that would be fine since my Kroger doubles up to 50c coupons so I’d be getting that $1 Kandoo package for free. Don’t you wish there was some site where you could just enter the item you wish to purchase & it would list where coupons are located & also which stores have it on sale??! Wishful thinking!
Lisa says
I’ve found this to be pretty helpful, definitely doesn’t cover everything but it is pretty useful!
http://www.allyou.com/static/weekly-circulars/
DaMa says
It’s in the 8/21 SS. MoneySavingMom has a searchable database: http://moneysavingmom.com/print-coupons/coupon-database?couponname=kandoo&cvalue=&sourcedate=&source=0&expired=0
Jill says
Sterling;) Generally sales run for two weeks at Kroger (at least most advertised items) and this is only the first week. I forgot to look at the tag for the Kandoo wipes, but if the $1 price holds through next week, you should definitely order some coupons. eBay is an awesome option, or try some of the clipping sites.
Courtney says
I like this website for coupon searches. I type in the product I need a coupon for and it never lets me down.
http://coupondatabase.dealseekingmom.com/main-database/
On another note…how do I add the link for the website to this post. I’m feeling very old school right about now…
Thanks
Courtney says
Well, I guess all I had to do was paste in the address and it becomes an actual link! Who knew it was so simple!!! 🙂
leann says
Thank you Mary! I never would have noticed this deal w/o you. I was able to get 3 for free in Toledo.
Jackie says
$2.50 Butterball Turkey Bacon (through 11-6; reg $3.29)
-$.65/1 Butterball Turkey Bacon or Sausage coupon (from 10-9 SS)
$1.85 ($1.20 if your store doubles to $1)

I was at kroger today buying 3 Ore-Ida Easy Fries(on sale 10/$10). I had used a $1.50/3 Ore-Ida coupon from 10-9 SS thinking that i would get them for $0.50 each(not bad given they are frozen), and to my surprise when I was done paying a $1 catalina printed off! YAY!! that makes them $0.17 each! WOW!!!
Jennifer says
I shopped at the Waterford Kroger store on M59 yesterday and noticed that NONE of my coupons doubled – of course I didn’t notice till I got home and got to thinking that the end price was a little high. Has this happened to anybody else – the highest coupon value was .50¢ – should have taken $1 off?????
Michelle says
This happened to me before, found out you have to make sure that your Kroger card is in BEFORE the coupons are scanned or they will not double.
Shelley says
I was not too much in the mood last evening to go digging too deep for deals. I did find this deal that I thought was worth mentioning. The TAI PEI 12 oz. is on sale for 5/$10.00 until 10/30/11. The regular price is $2.99. We have a 0.75 cent off coupon so making each one only 0.50 cents with the coupon (at a store that double coupons up to 1.00).
Kimmy says
Dole smoothie shakers is on sale for $1.99 all you magazine Oct. coupon for .75 makes them .50 if your store doubles to $1. Healthy Life whole wheat 1/2 bread is $1 this week, only .30 with .35 off any variety of Healthy Life Bread & Buns coupon!!

Heidi says

Basha says
Hi, Chuck
Just wondering how and where do you get 32 coupons to get
32 tubes of toothpaste… can you share, PLEASE!!!!! I always hear
about all these people getting all these coupons, and wonder how
they do it???????? Thank you for sharing………….
Theresa says
I can’t speak for the person above who had 32 coupons, but I belong to coupon group. I am the last of the group (I am part of it by default b/c of my MIL). So, when everyone has gone through all their coupons and passed along, and passed along, I get whatever is left over. I usually end up with anywhere from 5-20 coupon packets of the same inserts. There are times when the coupon I want has been clipped from every insert, but I can’t compain. I generally save 30% on my grocery bill.
Di says
As far as cashiers at Kroger goes, I would agree that I have had some rather incompetent staff as well. One of the cashiers (probably 2x my age – so she wasn’t new to buying groceries) didn’t know that the store even doubled coupons and had to confer with a coworker (prolly early 20s) who confirmed I was correct. Another one got a beep to enter in the amt of the FREE item (B1G1) and she didn’t stop to enter it in and continued to scan all the rest of the coupons. So only 5 of the 20+ coupons that were scanned actually came up. Fortunately I caught it but she didn’t know how to undo it. So I took all the coupons back and went to see the mgr. at the service desk. I showed him the coupons and my receipt and was reimbursed properly. A very time consuming mess but I wasn’t leaving the store until I got my $18 back!
Di says
As far as Walmart goes, I only use the U-scan as I have had such horrible service and made to feel like I was trying to steal the products because I was using coupons. Several of the managers have lowered the coupon price to match the store price which annoys me since I feel that they are cheating to gain a little extra profit since they are being paid for the coupon + s/h as it is. I have avoided going there most of the time and stuck with Meijer in recent days. So if they had a coupon revival, I may have to go back and see if its really improved at all.

Will you be posting for Kroger this week. One site I use said they were letting someone else do it and not sure if it was you. I hope not…been watching your site…all day…waiting..:).

Yes, it’s coming! I took the afternoon off and now have a lot to do – the mega event items take longer than usual, so look for it this evening!
