Drugstore deals are covered by two different (yet fantastic!) Metro Detroit area bloggers. Please make sure you’re aware of potentially tricky drugstore coupon policies before you shop (each store has different restrictions). Here are just a few of the BEST deals you can find at Michigan drugstores this week…

Walgreens:
I often find that CVS has the better deals for me out of all of the 3 major drugstores. Walgreens will accept a store coupon and a mfr coupon for the same product BUT when they scan the order their registers won’t allow them to ring up two coupons for the one item so they always tell me that I need to purchase one more item, even if it’s just a candy bar, so then the register will see that their are two items and two coupons. Sometimes this doesn’t pay then to use both coupons since often the candy bar costs the same or more then the discount on the coupon. So in other words, they won’t let you use two coupons for one item. At least that’s what I’ve discovered at the several locations in the Warren area.
