This is a great stock up price on Double Rolls of toilet paper. It’s a good one to split with a friend if you are worried about it taking up too much space. Otherwise you will get a great price on toilet paper that should last a family of 4 about a year. As a comparison – when Meijer has a 1/2 price Super Saturday Sale on a 6pk it is usually about $0.38 per double roll even when there’s a coupon.

Have you attempted this purchase. I attempted to put 4 in the cart, but there is a max of 3, will they automatically add the 4th? This product doesn’t seem to be on the Back To School itemized list. Am I doing something wrong? I’m scared to submit, as if I only get 3, it isn’t as good of a deal.
Anyone try this?
Sarah J says
They have been messing with the quantities allowed – it’s allowing up to 12 again now.

Ok, I took the plunge & ordered. It would only allow me to add a max of 3, and I assumed the 4th free one would be added after, but it wasn’t. So, I contacted Amazon via chat & they corrected the issue. I just wanted to let anyone know that takes advantage of this offer, you may have to contact them to correct the order to make sure you get the 4th one free.

I add 4 to my cart and the price stays the same $21.99 each. Am I doing something wrong? Also I wondered if you can get that deal on subscribe and save for more savings. Thanks for your help!!

I’m not getting the 4th one free. I added all 4 into the cart and the total is $87.96. Am I doing something wrong?
Julie says
It will only allow me to purchase 3. This is at 5:00pm. Any suggestions?
Julie says
This is the notice I get on checkout:
We’re sorry. This item has limited purchase quantity. We have changed your purchase quantity to the maximum allowable.
They will only let me order 3 so I cant qualify for the 4th free.

I had the same issues. Some good news is; they are down to 19.92, so you’ll save $6 more dollars if you do the deal. More good news: it has been my experience with Amazon CS that they will fix things for you, but you first have to make them understand the problem and it can take a while to clear it up. I just wasn’t in the mood for that tonight though. Seems like it happens every time with them. I will post below my email to them tonight:
I just wanted to let Amazon know that I, along with several others on a blog I was on, attempted to place large orders on your Back to School buy 3 get 1 free promo. It won’t allow you to place 4 of the Angel Soft multi pack toilet paper in the cart, it removes one, as you are limiting the purchase to three. So, you can not get your 4th one free as the promo says. I tried multiple times and ways of placing the item to get the promo, no dice.
Now, I want to let you know that I have not ordered often from Amazon, but each and every time I have and have attempted to redeem an offer, I have had to contact CS multiple times to assist me. I do know that, from these experiences, had I chosen to contact them tonight, they probably after much trial and error and contact, would have honored the offer and adjusted on their end. But I just can not do that. It screams of scam dealings when a deal is offered and you can NEVER just redeem it as offered. It is also an enormous time sucker, and simply just not worth the effort.
Personally, Amazon, for that reason, I am out.

I just ordered two 48 packs for $19.92 each and submitted the $10 rebate. It equals $0.31 per double roll. Well it was not 4 packages, but i think this is still a good option!!

I was told that my purchase was “ineligible” for the rebate. I ordered 4. This makes no sense. Did this happen to anyone else? This is what I received:
Thank you for your email.
I am sorry to inform you that due to the additional offers that you have used during this purchase, it is not valid in combination with other retailer offers.

I know everyone was posting about this a couple of days ago but the price today is $19.92 and even if you can only get 3, it’s a great stock up price. Let me explain. I alway calculate TP to the price/sq. ft and if it’s $0.01 cent or less, it’s a definate stock up price. Here’s my suggestion:
Buy 3 – 48 roll packs @ $19.92/pack = $59.70. 48 rolls = 1408 sq.ft total so 3 packs = 4224 sq. ft of TP.
$59.70/4224 sq. ft = $0.014/sq. ft of TP which is a stock up price for me.
In addition – add 1 – Kleenex Ultra Facial Tissue, 120 Count (Pack of 8) for $15.09. You’ll get 8 boxes of Kleenex free plus 144 rolls of TP for $59.76.
Definately a good deal and since I already did the GP rebate a while ago, it doesn’t even matter if you figure in the rebate or not.
