I just tried to use: 5jj6347c88ncm7vc and it comes back saying it is a duplicate. I check my point activity and it is not there…HELP
I have redeemed for multiple coupons before and never received them. How does this work?
You have to go to “order status” and then click on the orders you entered (one at a time) you haven’t printed coupons out for yet. A window will pop up where you will have to click on 1) select the coupon (at the bottom) and then, 2) print the coupon (at the top). When you do all of this, you should be able to print 1-2 coupons per order. If this doesn’t work, send an email to “contact us” at the bottom of the website & you’ll get the coupons in the mail from RedPlum with a page of directions about how to print the coupons.
Thanks! Some of the codes worked and some didn’t, but the ones that worked resulted in my account growing 400 points – THANKS! Found that it worked better to enter codes one at a time vs. multiple codes at one time with these, otherwise if one code in a group entered didn’t work, the whole group was rejected.

That first code looks like a 1-time use code (like the ones that come inside cereal boxes, etc.).
