I don’t see anywhere to put in a promo code. And the one spot I thought might work isn’t taking the code.
There is no place to put this coupon code. There is a voucher code location and giftcard, but neither one will accept this code.
I tried this as well. Had no luck. Could someone help or clarify? This would be an amazing deal for a large family like mine to enjoy a big production. Thanks.

Actually, I gave it one more shot and entered “MOM” as “mom” and it worked with the lower case!
Where did you put the code as I tried upper & Lower case in the voucher section & this is what I got:

it looks like the code works with friday 11 show, and the friday,saturday,sunday show at 7:30. no opening night or day shows on the weekend. that stinks!
All, the code does work. The dates have to be the dates indicated in the post.
1) After you click the link in the post, select the date that you want (remember, it has to be one that is listed above).
2) On the left hand side above the seat selection, there is a box with a little yellow lock in it. The text above the box is “Enter offer code/password”. This is where you enter the code “MOM”. Then hit the OK button next to the box.
3) Choose your seat selection. You can sit in any of the 100-199 sections. The seats up to the front of those sections do not show as $15. But from the middle to the back of those sections, those are $15.
4) Check out and enjoy the show. Look for me there. I’ll be wearing the ShoutADeal.com shirt.
We can’t get the Disney On Ice coupon to work. We followed your directions in the previous post. Any other suggestions?
Try lowercase mom or try a different show/time. I’m still waiting to hear more back from my contact.
Any news on the code? I tried today for the 3/16 11:30am show and it doesn’t work.
They said it was repaired for all shows. It should be working.
