For what it’s worth, my Kroger store in Indianapolis has been giving me FITS about using internet printed coupons. I’ve spoken to the manager 3 times simply because the cashier have been so clueless about coupons. One cashier said, “I can’t take any coupons that don’t scan…” even when some of the coupons were Kroger best customer catalina coupons!
Another time this past week, a cashier knew I had coupons prior to scanning my order (the cashier knew me & was always friendly, which is why I chose that cashier) and the cashier REFUSED to scan my order saying “We were told this morning not to accept ANY internet coupons.” I asked for a manager again and again, my order was processed without any additional incidents. But, wow! Something has certainly changed.
For what it’s worth, the coupons I was using were: 0.50/1 box of Cheerios; 0.50/2 Marshmallows; 0.50 or $1/2 Cool Whips; .50 or $1/2 Stove Top.
All of the coupons came from coupons.com.
This probably isn’t the appropriate forum to post this, but I wanted to see if anyone else was having these kinds of problems. It’s been really frustrating!

How frustrating! Sounds like it’s time for an email or call to corporate!
