I was told today that if you use a manuf coupon on an item that you wil NOT get a catalina printout. Anyone else have this issue? I also called the cat company and they said the dame thing.

If that’s true, it’s a brand new rule. I just used a coupon on Stove Top on Monday and the Catalina printed, no problem. I was also able to use coupons on the recent Kraft/Crystal Light Catalina.
Catalina printouts and manufacturer coupon use are UNRELATED. Nothing has changed – you can contact CouponNetwork (Catalina) if you want proof. I’m not sure why customer service still uses that line. I think it’s a misinterpreted version of “if earn a Catalina coupon and spend it to buy the same deal again, a new coupon won’t print.”
I just went to meijer today and used manuf. my cats printed! Howell meijer!
Were you trying to use one of those 1.00 off your next purchase coupons (or a similar amount)? An example was the Tide offer a few months ago where when you bought 2, you received a Catalina for 3.00 off your next order. But, it stated on that coupon that printed out that if you purchased the same item (Tide), in a new order and tried to use the 3.00 coupon to pay for that order, it wouldn’t print another 3.00 coupon. If not, as far as I know, it shouldn’t affect it.
Meijer has told me that when I didn’t get a cat, and went to the service desk to ask.

Do you think we will ever see canned veggies under 33c?? I remember the 25c days but they seem long gone. I want to stock up for the holiday canned food drives.
A couple of years ago, they had Del Monte canned vegetables for 50 cents. There was a coupon for $1.00 off 2 cans of the low sodium. I ordered coupons from ebay and was able to use all of my coupons in the same transaction. I walked out with 8 cases of canned vegetables for FREE. Ahhh…the good ‘ol days.

I find Aldi to be very cost-effective, especially when it comes to $1.69 gallons of milk and items that are not on sale elsewhere with coupons. We visit Aldi weekly!
I price match Aldi’s ad every week at Walmart because it saves on gas. You can’t beat the milk prices and produce prices.
Their milk has never been no $1.69 in Bay City area…Its the same price as the rest of the competition… If your buying milk at that price, then thats Great!! But not in the Great Lakes Bay Region anyhow.

WOW Becky! Costco around here(Metro Detroit) is not 1.69. I agree with manahil that cvs milk prices with ECB are great and I use my bag tag and that counts for about .25 off in the future! Have not tried Aldis. It is not convenient for me.

Utica Costco used to have the milk for $1.69. Just check Thursday, they raised the price to $2.69. WOW…. a whole $1.00 increase in price.
I shop at Livonia or Northville (som etimes Commerce) and for years I have not seen those prices on milk. I guess it depends where you shop.
Aldi prices are a bit higher lately, as are everywhere, but I find Aldi’s prices the best out there! Sure beats Walmart …plus I can get in & out in 1/4 of the time. Love shopping at Aldi & save because I do.

Aldi canned veggies are about .59 I believe so yes this is quite a bit cheaper. Our milk in the Kalamazoo area is 2.59. Our cereal prices went up to 1.99 regular price too so Meijer usually has better deals on that too.
Of course you never know, but I highly doubt they will go lower. I was amazed they were this cheap.

I thought the mPerk was a manufacturer’s coupon? If so, it can’t be stacked with the paper coupon.
Remember that mPerks can no longer be combined with paper coupons on the same item – they are both manu coupons now.
Since when? I just used Mperks today with manufacturers coupons on the Betty Crocker stuff. Their coupon policy on their website (dated in April) states you can combine them.
Leah, You are only allowed to combine them if the mperks is a store cpn and recently they’ve only been putting manuf cpns on there, except on their own brand. I don’t know the date of when they announced this, but the registers were supposed to start stopping it, they said it was never supposed to be be allowed. If you look at your mPerk and it says manuf on the bottom, you can’t use it w/ a paper cpn. HTH!
when I look at my mperks account, some of the coupons say manufacturer coupon and some say meijer coupon. Can’t I stack them with a paper coupon if they say meijer coupon?
Last week, I had an mPerks that said “store coupon” for $1.50 off shampoo. I used it with a manufacturer Pantene buy 1 shampoo, get a conditioner free. It took off the $1.50, and I got the conditioner free. I wasn’t sure if it would work, but it did, and it was a good deal!

I’m still confused about this, because even though the mPerks say manufacturer coupon at the bottom, the terms only say that they cannot be combined with any other *Meijer* coupon. Wish Meijer didn’t try to make things so confusing! Seems they like the confusion, which allows each store to interpret the rules as they see fit.
I bought the Farm Rich snacks. The Q would not work. The cashier had to override it. The picture shows the larger size bags. I bought the smaller box sizes. The cashier (at Howell Meijer) did take it and did not give me a hassel because the Q says “any” and does not specifiy a size.She did say it probably didn’t scan because the company intended it to be used on the larger sizes. I hope you all get a friendly cashier too!!

The girl attending the self-checkouts told me that see has had to enter them manually all week because the smaller “snack-size boxes are a new item and not “in the system yet”. She overrode them for me, no problem. But that’s the reason. The coupon is good on any size.

I went to Chesterfield Meijer Saturday to catch the last day of $8 off 8 items. The Taget Wed coupons won’t scan, so the cashier told me, “if it doesn’t scan, we can’t take your coupons.” Then I put those items back. Then the Manufacturer’s coupons won’t scan, so I was told the same thing again. Then I put those items back too. Then even the Meijer coupons won’t scan, then the cashier had to “frustratedly” scan them with the hand held scanner to get them to scan. By this time, since I had put back a lot of items, some of the Meijer coupons doesn’t apply, so they dont’ work for the deal. It mess up the entire order.
Shopping at Meijer had become nothing but hassle. They had to realize that most of the items we bought…. is because of the coupons. We are not dying to have that item. Cashiers are misinformed and getting nastier. Bring along the Meijer Coupon Policy to show them had absolutely not effect. Same coupons used at Kroger without a single problem. Everything scan very very smoothly. Will definitely switch my shopping to Kroger to avoid the hassle at Meijer.
Yea, their self checkout cashiers are getting worse now. I had had the same problem as you. Anyone else have the same problem?
Slow week, but I’ve been doing pretty well at Meijer recently, so an off week isn’t all bad. I’ll pop in for the BC cookie pouches and do the Meijer Naturals Catalina at least.

Is there a limit to how many Catalinas that are from the same deal, that you can use at the same time? I want to do several of the Naturals/Organics deal. I was thinking of during the transactions in the self checkout and then using all the Catalinas to pay for the rest of my groceries at the end.
Joy, the Naturals catalinas are only good on a future Naturals product purchase, not on anything you want. I don’t recall whether they have stipulations on using more than one in a transaction. Hopefully someone else does.
My catalina coupon says “no cash back, limit one coupon per transaction”.

thats odd, I just checked it out, and it does work with the farm rich coupon, but others I have printed said print limit reached still, so it seems to be just with this coupon. Are there other coupons that do this sometimes or is it just a glitch with this one?

The Pompeian Red or White Wine Vinegar are on Price Drop to $1.45….didn’t check the end date, but saw it at 2 Lansing area Meijer’s yesterday & today. Balsamic was on price drop too, but I don’t remember the exact amount.

I didn’t try to roll it, but I bought five tomato sauces, then I bought eight tomato sauces in the next transaction (they were .42 at that store) with my $3 catalina and another $3 coupon did not print out. I wasn’t expecting it to roll. I did get 13 naturals sauces for a little over 19 cents each. I ran out earlier this year and had to pay full price (!).
If you have the scrubbing bubbles one step toilet bowl cleaner starter kit in your stockpile, check for coupons inside the box – there’s a b1g1f coupon exp 12/12 for the refills – makes them cheaper.
Natural CAT does NOT roll – it’s to be used specifically on your next Naturals/Organics purchase – you do not get another cat.

Yes super green land every Wednesday all vege and fruits are almost free example this Wednesday I got tomatoes 9cents per pound,brocily 50 cents each bunch ,radish bunch 50 cents ,red gold orange papper 7for $1, green pepper 3 for $1′mashroom 8oz 50cents, blueberries 8oz 50cents etc . I shop at Greenland on Wednesdays as well and I agree about the prices. I get bags and bags of produce and I don’t think I’ve ever spent over $15. The prices are crazy cheap.

We bought the IHOP Griddle Wraps that are on sale this week. They are super small, and you get 8 to a box. It isn’t like a pancake wrapped around a sausage either. Its like the batter was spray painted on. When you cook them they are super greasy and the doughy pancake stuff falls off. My kids will eat *anything*, and they are repulsed by these things.

I had 2 of the cat manuf coupons for $1/3 from buying them when they produced OYNO last month. I bought 10-another manuf coupon cat for $1/3 spit out so I used that too-and the $5 did not come off. After they varified this was accurate sale, they took off the $5 and a $1 OYNO compliments of Lipton printed at the end of the transaction.
