Is this deal printed on the weekly ad? I searched all over the ad and seen the discounted soap price but not the four dollars off that is mentioned. Am I just not seeing it???
It is in the ad – it is not off the purchase, but a $4 catalina that will print at the register. You use the $4 off your next order. HTH!
The ad states the catalina is for the 8 oz soap, which is 2 for $4. The 7.5 oz soap is 99 cents. No catalina printed for me today.
I was in Meijer last week and bought the Skippy peanut butter. I had Mperks which were manufacturer coupons and I had the coupons from the paper. I do not keep track of what I clip on mperks, let alone what is MFQ or Meijer. Well, the computer voided my paper coupons, it put a line through them and I asked the cashier why. She said it was because I had mperks. One more thing for us to keep track of. I hate to not clip the MFQ for fear of missing something but I may miss something anyway by not remembering.
Same thing happened to me today. I bought 2 Tide detergents, completely forgot I clipped that .75 mperk for 1 Tide, but I had one of those 2.00/2 from the P&G and when I scanned it, it put a line through it and brought the cashier over. I do not like this new system at all, it wasn’t even the same coupon, obviously i’d rather use the 2.00/2 but I also don’t want to have to clip and unclip coupons every time I go shopping there.
If they are going to do that then they need to let you select which mperks you wish to use at the register. Like a screen could come up after you enter your phone number and you could either choose to use the coupons in mperks or save them for another time.
Are you entering your Mperks before you can your stuff? I always scan, scan my paper q’s, then enter my Mperks…that way, I can make sure it doesn’t do that! Never had an issue doing it that way.

I have softsoap coupons from this last weeks Smart Source for .35. Money maker! Also, if you have access to next weeks Smart Source, there is a .75 coupon for the Tyson nuggets.
Unfortunately, the sale is on the 7.5oz, and the coupon states 8oz. or larger. Unless there is something else I dont know, please fill me in!
LeeAnn look for the ones that say 25% more for free they are over 7.5oz but at the 7.5oz price because they over 7.5oz they have to take the coupon so hopefully you can find those
Just a head’s up on the Softsoap deal. I went today to the Howell Meijer and attempted to buy 2 of the large refills and 2 of the pumps. The catalina didn’t print and the customer service rep insisted that the refills were not included in the deal. I asked to speak with a manager because there was nothing to specify that it had to be certain products and she got all huffy with me and gave me four dollars. Then I get home and one of the pumps is broken and won’t pop up :/. And to top it all off, I was planning on canning jelly today and the canning kit I bought at Meijer today is broken too. How’s that for bad luck?!

If you buy four SoftSoap for $.99 you won’t get the $4.00. The $4.00 is only on the items pictured in the ad, according to the sales lady. It doesn’t specifically say that, but I didn’t get the $4.00 and questioned it. I ended up returning the SoftSoap.
I bought 4 this morning and got the $4.00 cat.
I did in Burton today and had no problems, I went to self check out and got soap only, also used MPERKS for 2.00 off order, so they gave me two dollars and 4 bottles of soap lol

I bought 8 of the $.99 soaps in two transactions today. The first one was four of the bonus bottles with the plus 50%; I got the $4.00 cat. The second transaction was just four regular bottles, they didn’t have any more bonus. I also got the cat for those. It appears to work on both kinds at my store. I am in Lansing.
I did receive the 4.00 cat when purchasing 4 of the 7.5 Softsoap pumps at the Canton Meijer store.
I just got back from Center Rd Store in BURTON, I got 4 bottles of the 99 cent 7.5 soft soap and The coupon printed fine. Not only did I get that deal, but with a new MPERKS account I also got 2.00 my purchase deal, so hubby and I both did it and ended up with 16 bottles for 4.00 out of pocket cost.
I bought 4 of the 7.5 oz. softsoap this morning and received the $4 CAT as posted! Perfect timing, as I was just running out of this soap!

I am glad you gals/guys had better luck with the SoftSoap than I did. I was very disappointed to say the least when I didn’t get the Catalina. Disregard my previous email if the Catalina is working on the 7.5 oz SoftSoap. It didn’t print at the Chesterfield Meijer this morning at 6:45am.

12 pm at the Shelby hall road michigan store the $4 cat for the 7.5 oz softsoap printed just fine for me. Empty shelfs by the body soap and shampoo isle but plenty in the laundry detergent isle so make sure to check both places!

I am in Grand Rapids, Mi and it did not work for me. I had to go up to customer service. they could not get the coupon to print either but gave another coupon for five dollars off your next purchase.
I’m so mad at all the mis-reports. I woke up early to get the soap deal and I didn’t go thanks to all the reports of it not working. Totally not cool if you reported incorrectly just to get all the soap for yourself.
Jenn, I don’t think anyone was lying – it didn’t print for some people. It could have been one variety that wasn’t in the system, an offline coupon printer or something else.
We were in the Utica area and no problems with the catalina not printing. Also there was even a catalina sign right next to the soaps which is always really helpful for those of you who were not so lucky for it to print.
