KROGER COUPON POLICY
You can now view the Kroger coupon policy for Michigan online.
Please that Kroger’s coupon policy clearly states in each store ad: Limit 3 Manufacturer’s Coupons will be Doubled (up to $0.50) per Like Items Purchased.
You WILL need a Kroger card to take advantage of these offers; sign up for one at the Customer Service desk if you do not have one!
NOTE on Printable Coupons: Some Kroger stores have been denying the redemption of any printable coupon over $1, so proceed with caution when using printable coupons. You can view/print the Kroger Print-at-Home Coupon Acceptance Policy here, which does not specifically restrict the use of printables over $1.
KROGER SHOPPING TIPS
SELECT Kroger stores outside of metro Detroit (some stores in Saginaw and Genessee counties along with the Howell location – view a full list here or a map of stores here) will double manufacturer’s coupons up to $1.00! This can mean a great savings (and some potential free items each week). If your travels happen to take you north, check the Kroger ad (search by zip code) for the areas you’re passing through. You just might want to pack your coupons, too!
Load digital coupons to your Kroger card before you shop: visit Cellfire, P&G eSaver, Shortcuts and Kroger Digital Coupons. Each website lists the e-coupons that can be loaded onto your Kroger Card so that you can save even more! E-coupons are limited to one use per card and will NOT double. Kroger digital coupons may NOT be combined with actual paper manufacturer coupons.
This post is a proud part of Be Centsable’s Grocery Gathering.
Tracie says
Hi, I have a question does anyone know the coupon policy for the kroger stores that double coupons to a dollar such as the Howell Kroger ?
Thanks in advance
Erin says
I shop there all the time. The policy is 3 like coupons per order and no multiple transactions. Depending on the cashier they can get pretty picky like 3 general mills coupons total, ect. Last week I was told they changed their policy and they will no longer be accepting coupons that have a competitors logo on them even if it just says “available at….” they will not take it. They accept internet coupons but each printed coupon has to have a unique barcode or they will not take it. The cashiers are usually very friendly and knowledgable about the policies and happy to answer any questions.
Kimmy says
I can’t figure out how to print the pirates booty coupon. I don’t see a coupon “tab” to click to recieve the coupon. Is anyone else having this trouble. Also has anyone at the Owosso Kroger found the Rosarita beans?
Kristen says
The Rosarita beans are on the bottom shelf by the Mexican foods. Right next to the other refried beans.
Kimmy says
Thank you Kristen!!
Esther a homeschool mom in Mid-Michigan says

Jolyn says
Thanks – I specifically checked that last night – then forgot to include it!
Dayna says
There is also a loadable coupon for the Van Camp’s pork n beans save $0.50/2 🙂
Louann says
All I see is Baked Beans for a larger size can, so that’s not the same. 🙁
Nancy says
Krogers sends me coupons, about once a month I think, in the mail. There is $1.00/2 Kraft cheese coupon that expires on 5/27 put that with the mix or match 10 participating items with card deal and the cheese will be $1.49. Is that a stock up price?
Kay says
I myself don’t consider it to be a rock-bottom stock-up price, but if I can get it as low as 1.49, I do buy a few. Cheese sales are few & far between lately, and we go through a lot! It is WAY better than the reg price!

Does anyone know if you can stack manufacturer Q and digital Q at the owosso store? I was under the impression that they had changed their policy and it was no longer allowed?
Amanda M says
Last I knew it was no longer allowed at the Owosso store.
Emily says
Is it allowed at the Swartz Creek store?
Lorissa says
No.
Amanda says
Digital and manufacture coupons can no longer be stacked at any Kroger, according to their policy. If you try to use both, the register will automatically take off the digital coupon first and refuse the manufacture coupon.

I just went to Kroger to get the Ballpark 2/$3. I did not see ANY that were that price. I bought some anyway and they rang up 2.99. I bought 2, and the catalina that printed was $1.50 off 3. Did the deal end? Also, the Pepsi Next and Sierra Mist (and other brands) are Buy 4 Get 2 Free. I had .55q’s that double for Sierra Mist (used 3) and .55q’s (did not double)for Pepsi Next(used 2). So I got 6-2 liters for .26 cents each.

I was @Howell last night and the sale dogs were pretty wiped out. There were some left in the end cap/frigerated/meat sections. The beef variety are not included in the sale. Also the Catalina is for 3 items so you missed the $2 Cat by only buying 2 🙁 I bought 4 to get the Cat and coupon deal.
Prue says
Sorry! I think the 2/$3 sale ended on Sunday, that’s why I made the special trip back.
lizz says
The Desitin is part of the $4 sale- so when you buy 10 part. products- it’s only $2.59
Nicole A says
Hi just went to Kroger this morning and wanted to give an update on a couple of things. The general mills cereals on sale were Trix, frosted toast crunch, apple cinn cheerios, frosted cheerios, honey nut. The regular cheerios and reeses puffs are not included in the sale.
Also the Sargento natural cheese slices were included in the uso sale. they were 2.39 + .40 off when you bought 10 participating items so 1.99 we have a coupon for .50/1 that brings them to .99! Pretty good for nice sliced cheese!
Jolyn says
Thanks so much, Nicole! I really appreciate the update!
Emily says
The Sargento cheese will be $1.49 each. All of the Sargento coupons say ‘do not double’ on them. I wish they didn’t!!!
emily says
depends on your store, in jackson they double those, but we only double .50 coupons or less.
Emily says
well thats silly! lol. Thanks for the info!
Jolyn says
I used the coupons today and mine doubled automatically. Your cashier could choose to override it, though.
Donna says
The johnsons baby items are $2.59 at my store after you buy 10 participating items not 2.99. Also I have a question I’m quite confused about. Do coupons that say “do not double” double if the barcode starts with a 5? TIA
Donna says
oops never mind read that wrong lol. But still wondering about the “do not double” coupons
Kristen says
Most of the stores that only double coupons up to 50c will double all those coupons automatically if they start with a 5. The stores that double up to $1 will not double any coupon that has DND written on it even if it starts with a five.
Beth says
The Kroger’s I use downriver don’t limit how many coupons they double. They actually doubled 5 of the same coupon for me.
Jo says
Beth, which one do you go to. Iv’e had Sgt do it, but not Lp, haven’t tried woodhaven.
Beth says
The one in brownstown on gibaltar and allen. And the one at telegraph and west.
Emily says
The Kroger in owosso will double as many coupons as you have, but only 3 per identical item so you can only get like 3 of one flavor and then 3 of another if you have 6 coupons for one item only. But if the coupons covers say 3 items and you have 6 of those, then you can get 9 of each.
kim says
Hi, i was wondering, is there a limit on the amounts of coupons i can use if they aren’t doubling?
Heather says
My Kroger has a limit of 3 regardless of doubling.
Michelle says
Hi Jolyn.
I have not been receiving my e-mail updates for some reason. It started last week. I thought maybe somehow I got off the list so I tried to sign up again but it said I was already a member. Is there something wrong or have you not been sending any.
Thanks Michelle
Jolyn says
Feedburner, the service I use, sometimes conflicts with yahoo email addresses. You can try signing up a different address or email me thru the site so we can try some other thins. But emails are still being sent.
Jori says
Is there a limit on how many groups of 10 items we can buy in one transaction to get the $4 off?
Jolyn says
No limit is listed.

Just wanted to add that the Playtex sippy cups are part of the buy 10 sale, so when you buy 10 the single cups are $3.09, use the $1/1 Playtex cups or dinnerware and if it doubles its $1.09! Also the two packs come out to be $2.59 (give or take a few cents) with the coupon.
shawna says
Koolaid Jammer juice boxes are also part of the buy 10 sale for $1.49 each. Use coupon $.75 off of 3 and it makes each one $1.25. Also Hidden Valley Farmhouse Originals Bleu Cheese salad dressing was marked down to $1.83 and there is a kroger digital coupon for $1.50 off, making it $.33.
patti says
Betty Crocker Cookie mix is included. 2.09 After -.40, with .50/1 on coupons.com they are $1.09 each.
Katie says
What is the link to the list for the USO sale? thanks!
Tammy says
Hi, does anyone know if the buy 10 get $4 off sale is going on next week too? Thanks!
Katie says
I think she had posted thru the 20th?
Jen says
Has anyone been to either Flushing, Frankenmuth, or Bridgeport locations today or yesterday? If so, just curious if any of them had the country time lemonade left. Thanks!

I just got back from the Howell Kroger, and they had GoGurt as part of the buy 10 save $4 event. They were on sale for $2.39 (normally $3.39) then another $0.40 off for the event. I had a $.75/2 printed coupon which doubled to $1.50. So I ended up paying $1.25 each.
On another note, I’m pretty new to couponing. I have been trying to get a nice stockpile going and am slowly learning some very useful tricks for lowering the grocery bill. I took advantage of the Kroger transfer prescription program for the first time last week. I had to pay $4 OOP for a generic scrip, but got $25 in Kroger “credit” applied to my savers card. I redeemed that on tonight’s shopping trip where I got over $96 worth of items and paid only $5.24 OOP (plus the $4 scrip)!! I cannot thank Bargains to Bounty enough for all your work and dedication in helping us provide for our families!
Melanie says
The Ice Mountain $4 OYNO cat is good when you buy 4 24pks. They also are included in the buy 10 event. Regular price is $3.89, but they were on sale for $3.49. Buy 10 items makes them $3.09 and when you buy 4 and get the $4 OYNO cat, the price is $2.09 each. At one point there were peelies for $1/2 (I didn’t have any though), so if you have those and shop at $1 double stores, you can get them for $1.09 each!
Jolyn says
GREAT price! I’ll add that! Is that Catalina only valid through 5/13?
Melanie says
Not sure about the price, but the catalina is good for any purchases made between 5/2-5/20. Buy 3 get $2 OYNO, buy 4 get $4 OYNO.
Lisa says
Were the Jello Temptations a catalina deal? Did it end early?
I bought 4 Jello Temptations and I didn’t receive the get $3.00 on your next order.
emily says
It ends 5/13- did you get other catalinas or none- if you got none the machine may have been resting for your order- this happens sometimes and I have no explanation for it
Lisa says
I didn’t receive any catalinas at all. The light was green on the machine too. I guess I will contact Catalina then. Thank you for letting me know.

I went to Kroger last night and bought 4 Ice Mountain Waters 24 pkg. and no coupons came out. I spoke to the cashier and he said I would have to call Kroger today, so I did. They told me that it was a random coupon to get $4 off your next visit.I think it’s getting harder and harder to get the deals and this doesn’t help. I called the cat. number and they said they would call me on Monday. I wouldn’t have been able to get this far without your website. Thanks so much for your help. I’ll let you know what happens.
