As a Meijer coupon, mPerks coupon may be combined with a manufacturer paper coupon the same item. It may not be used with another Mealbox coupon for the same item.
mPERKS COUPON RULES
These coupons are for one-time use only. mPerks coupons will NOT double at the register (similar to the way other Meijer store coupons are handled). They are specific to your account and cannot be shared.
NEW COUPONS EACH WEEK
New mPerks coupons are added each week and refreshed on Mondays. You’ll want to check available mPerks savings regularly and add them to your account, as they can disappear (become unavailable) at any time.
PRINT a COUPON LIST
If you’d like a printed list (for your reference), you can visit “Your Clipped Coupons” and have a print or email a list of your available savings to yourself. Your printed list is just a shopping reference and is NOT needed at checkout.

If you encounter issues with registering or using mPerks digital coupons, please email mperks@meijer.com or call 1-800-962-7011 for help. You will need to include your transaction information and mPerks number (so have your receipt ready). In most cases, your cashier or in store customer service representative will NOT be able to assist you with any mPerks coupons that don’t deduct as expected.

Im new to this so any tips will help, I went to meijers today coupons all lined up, note pad with how many to buy and so forth, and I don’t feel like my savings came out as well as I expected and the receipts hard to understand, any tips and tricks will be so appreciated!!

I am a newbie and I have had mishaps along the way but trust me it gets better as you go!
I got a $10 off $30 purchase. Says it cannot be combined with any other Meijer Discount coupons. So I’ll use it on a transaction that I don’t have coupons for (meat and fish), then another transaction with the coupon items.
Does anyone else ever have trouble with these coming off? I went to the self checkout and spent over $50. I had one for $5 off and it didn’t come off.
When I log on to Mperks the coupon is still in my loaded coupon section.
Contact mPerks directly through their customer service number (available on the mperks site).
I contacted them, but they were unable to help me. They told me that my cell phone number was not associated with an Mperks account, which makes no sense because I am able to log on with that phone number and load coupons to it. I get the text messages to that number so, I know it is correct. I responded with all my information and they never got back to me.
