Kroger Catalina Promotions

Unless otherwise stated, all Catalina offers are limited to one per transaction. Read more about what to do if your Catalina coupon doesn’t print as expected.

Have you received a Catalina advertisement at a Kroger register? Please share in the comments!

KROGER COUPON POLICY

You can now view the Kroger coupon policy for Michigan online.
Please that Kroger’s coupon policy clearly states in each store ad: Limit 3 Manufacturer’s Coupons will be Doubled (up to $0.50) per Like Items Purchased.

NOTE on Printable Coupons: Some Kroger stores have been denying the redemption of any printable coupon over $1, so proceed with caution when using printable coupons. You can view/print the Kroger Print-at-Home Coupon Acceptance Policy here, which does not specifically restrict the use of printables over $1.

You WILL need a Kroger card to take advantage of these offers; sign up for one at the Customer Service desk if you do not have one!

KROGER SHOPPING TIPS

SELECT Kroger stores outside of Macomb (some stores in Saginaw and Genessee counties along with the Howell location – view a full list here or a map of stores here) will double manufacturer’s coupons up to $1.00! This can mean a great savings (and some potential free items each week). If your travels happen to take you north, check the Kroger ad (search by zip code) for the areas you’re passing through. You just might want to pack your coupons, too!

Take your own bags to Kroger and you’ll receive a credit for $0.05 per bag used on your shopping order. You may need to remind your cashier to deduct your credit, however, as the computer will not do it automatically!

Load digital coupons to your Kroger card before you shop: visit Cellfire, P&G eSaver, Shortcuts and Kroger Digital Coupons. Each website lists the e-coupons that can be loaded onto your Kroger Card so that you can save even more! E-coupons are limited to one use per card and will NOT double. Kroger digital coupons may NOT be combined with actual paper manufacturer coupons.

This post is a proud part of Be Centsable’s Grocery Gathering. Visit the Grocery Gathering for a HUGE free listing of national and local store matchups from around the country, including CVS, Rite Aid, Walgreens, Target, Walmart and more!

FYI” The green giant coupon from GM insert expired 4/9 and the first link is out of prints.

Thanks for the match ups!

2 nora April 10, 2011 at 5:42 PM

Milan Kroger has .69 cent Eggo Homestyle waffles located in a freezer endcap near the back of the store. Eggo coupons were mailed to Kroger card holders.

Thanks for all the match-ups.

3 Jason April 10, 2011 at 7:49 PM

Thanks for the bargains!

4 lisa ohmer April 10, 2011 at 10:48 PM

Kroger told me that the similac sale was running untill the 18th is that correct

5 chris April 10, 2011 at 11:16 PM

The hillshire farm lunch meat on sale 2/$6. There is a $1 off coupon on the hillshire.com website. You should get 4 coupons, 2 per page.

6 Jolyn April 11, 2011 at 2:44 PM

Thanks – I couldn’t find that one when I was looking for it!

7 ADAM April 20, 2011 at 1:07 AM

So it is like people are speaking a different language when a coupon says something like Use $1.00/1 Kandoo coupon from 4/3 PG how do you read that so to find the right coupon?

8 Jolyn April 20, 2011 at 8:17 AM

You’d be looking for a coupon that reads “Save $1.00 on one Pampers Kandoo Wipes” in the Procter & Gamble coupon insert that was included in the April 3 Sunday newspaper.

9 Jill April 11, 2011 at 3:01 AM

I’m pretty sure the Similac sale runs until the 24th, but the buy $25 of participating baby products, get $5 off ran out on Sunday 4.10. The formula is still a great deal, but last week they were paying me:)

10 Darcy April 11, 2011 at 8:32 AM

When I printed the green giant coupon, it states “Do not double or triple” on the top of the coupon…

11 cathy April 11, 2011 at 2:38 PM

Most of my printables say not to double. But the store always doubles them. Doubling is something the stores do. The double cost comes off their bottom line.

12 Kay April 15, 2011 at 8:31 AM

My Kroger stores will NOT double the “do not double” coupons, along with most of the stores I shop at. The cashier always overrides them. They’re pretty strict about that.

13 Dana April 11, 2011 at 8:58 AM

BUY 4 PARTICIPATING CLEANING PRODUCTS in one transaction, GET $4 OFF INSTANTLY at the register-

I sent my dh with coupons last night for the windex posted above (not in our circular) and there was a tag on the shelf so I was happy to get in on the windex deal too :) Anyone else see tags and noticed how long this deal runs for?

Amanda posted this last week in the comments section and it was the same for my circular in Ann Arbor. Since I got the windex, these probably are available for more than just our area.

15 Shannon April 11, 2011 at 1:56 PM

I ran into Kroger for a couple items and happen to glance over and saw the Fuze drinks were $1.25 each. So those of you in double land – 1.00/2 coupon from yesterdays inserts, it would make it .25 each

16 Stacy April 11, 2011 at 2:25 PM

I printed the Weight Watchers frozen treats coupon and it says its only redeemable at Meijer locations. Bummer :-(

17 cathy April 11, 2011 at 2:42 PM

try another zip code like mine 48138. The weight watcher coupon from their is to be redeemed only at kroger.

18 Josie April 12, 2011 at 10:54 PM

Most krogers accept Meijers coupons if that is where you shop…

19 melissa April 16, 2011 at 7:52 PM

Kroger, Meijer and VG’s have all told me they will accept other store’s coupons as long as “Manufactures Coupon” printed on them.

20 Jill April 11, 2011 at 2:37 PM

The Buy 4, $4 off runs through April 24th! A fabulous 3-week run! I visit Grand Blanc or Davison in the Flint area, and there are MANY participating items! I was surprised that they only advertised a few…

21 Theresa April 11, 2011 at 3:51 PM

At Richmond Kroger the sale on the Dove single candy bars (yummy) are still on sale. So use your $.75 on 2 coupon and get them for $.13 each.

22 Stacey April 11, 2011 at 6:40 PM

My ad has the General Mills cereal on sale for $2.79. When you buy ANY 4 General Mills cereals or snacks (Fiber One bars or Nature Valley Granola bars or Chex Mix) you get a $5 gift card (limit one gift card per transaction). There are $1/2 coupons for the General Mills cereal (3-6SS), Total cereal 50 cents/1 (3 – 6SS), and Chex cereal 50 cents/1 (3-6SS), Fiber One bars 40 cents/1 (3-6SS), NV Granola Bar 75 cents/2 (3-6SS).

Plus, if you register at rewardyourschool.com, your school will get bonus boxtops when you buy 3 of the cereals. Not to mention the bonus boxtops for registering.

23 Jolyn April 11, 2011 at 9:44 PM

Do you know which cereals are included in the $2.79 sale? Usually there are only a few and I wasn’t sure how that would match up.

24 Stacey April 11, 2011 at 11:03 PM

The ad says All General Mills cereals included in the gift card deal. The ad pictures Honey Nut Cheerios, yellow box Cheerios, Golden Grahams for the $2.79 price. It states select varieties 10.6 – 14 oz. Hope to go to the store tomorrow to see.

Runs from 4/11 – 4/24

25 Kirsten April 14, 2011 at 1:48 PM

My ad says the same thing but directly under the picture of the cereal is says select varieties10.6 to 14 oz. BUT under the ad for the $5 gift card it says “*Participating Products: All general Mills cereals (8.9 oz or larger), Nature Valley crunchy granola bars (8.9 oz), sweet and salty nut granola bars (7.4 oz), chewy trail mix bars (7.4 oz), yogurt bars variety pack (7.4 oz) granola thins (6 oz,) nut clusters (5 oz), Fiber One chewy bars, 90 calorie bars, Chex mix (Cheddar and traditional only – 15 oz and 20 oz bonus bags).

26 Mary April 14, 2011 at 4:11 PM

My Kroger (Plymouth) has Honey Nut & Wheat Chex included in the sale.
Buy 2 Chex @ 2.79 = 5.58
Buy 2 FiberOne @ 2.79 = 5.58
Use 2 .50 Chex (3/6 SS) = -2.00
Use 2 .40 FiberOne (3/6 SS)= -1.60
Get 5.00 Giftcard
Total = 2.56 or .64 each.

27 Kirsten April 14, 2011 at 7:37 PM

To clarify:

Only certain varieties of 10.6 to 14 oz are included at the $2.79 price. All GM cereals are included in the buy 4 get +$5 though just priced higher.

28 Vickie April 17, 2011 at 3:17 PM

I thoght I did everything right for this deal and realized when I came home…no gift card given. :(
Called and they will honor the deal if I make the trip back to the store. Sure wish I’d used my local Kroger instead of the one further down the road.

29 Amber April 12, 2011 at 1:42 PM

Stacey, my circular had the same deal except it states ‘All GM cereals 8.9oz and above’. Hoping for a good sale!!

30 Liz April 12, 2011 at 3:23 PM

you can get some fiber one bars cheap with this scenerio:

buy 4 boxes fiber one bars $2.79 each Total =$11.16
use 2/ $1.00 off 2 boxes fiber one bars at http://www.fiberone.com
(I don’t know if they will double, coupon states they won’t)

total=$9.16 receive catalina for $5.00 OYNO so $1.04 each box after catalina (or .54 each if your store doubles $1 coupons and it in fact doubles despite print)

31 kim April 14, 2011 at 1:31 PM

there were 40 cent off fiber one bars coupons recently in the paper too. not sure when since i clip, but that makes for a slightly better deal if you use four of those. my store doubled all four, but at least three should anyway.

32 Jamie April 11, 2011 at 10:00 PM

I ran into Kroger this morning and saw that Skittles and Starburst are on sale for $.50 each. If you use the printable coupon that’s in the Meijer match-ups, you can score some free candy. :)

33 Jolyn April 11, 2011 at 10:07 PM

Thanks!

34 coupon guy April 13, 2011 at 9:11 AM

what zip code are you finding the “Wonka Jelly Beans printable” coupon for? the only candy 55 cent one i’m seeing is for nestle nesteggs….

35 Mary April 13, 2011 at 2:09 PM

Craisins are on sale 2/$3 – not quite the $1 price that I stock up at, but still a good deal considering the reg price is $2.99. If you were lucky enough to get a btl of cranberry juice with a peelie for $1/1 craisins, then this is a great deal!

36 Corinne April 14, 2011 at 8:49 AM

The Kroger in Lapeer had $1 peelies on the Oscar Mayer Reduced Sodium Turkey Bacon, making them $1.49.

37 Christine Donaubauer April 14, 2011 at 10:14 AM

Okay, at My Kroger, Popchips were on sale for $2.00 It was my first time trying them and I am going back for more. Anyone have any coupons for those?

38 Jolyn April 14, 2011 at 11:19 AM

There are occasionally $1.00/1 printable coupons available on the Popchips FB page, so you’ll want to make sure you check there regularly.

39 Shelby April 14, 2011 at 2:35 PM

I don’t think that the huggies coupon would work. It states that you have to use it on a 60 ct or larger and the sale you show is for 12-56ct. Would the coupon still work?

40 LeAnn April 14, 2011 at 4:39 PM

The Olay bars of soap is 2.69 at my Kroger rather than the 2.49. I was going to give it a try at .49 but not sure if it is worth it for the .69. Has anyone tried the Olay bar soap to tell me if they would recommend it.

41 Mary April 15, 2011 at 8:46 AM

Fiber One Printables: (good on the buy 4 get a $5 gift card deal)
http://fiberone.com/Offers/offers.aspx?WT.mc_id=paid_bannerad_DEF

42 Dawn April 15, 2011 at 3:53 PM

The Fiber One Chewy bars are so delicious and are normally almost 4.00 a box so I stock up when they are on sale. I decided to do the deal in 3 transactions because I had enough to buy 12. Boy, did they give me grief. They said “it means one per family” and I said “well, it says per transaction”. In my mind if it’s one per household, it should say so in the ad. I went round and round with them and even one cashier that I’ve known for several years said to me “you are really pushing the envelope” and I’ve noticed her really scrutinizing my coupons over the last 2 years for some reason. So after the 2nd transaction, I went up to the counter and talked to one of the supervisors and told them I wanted to understand what their lingo meant so I would know for the future. In the end, I did get all of my boxes in 3 different orders. And they also wouldn’t let me use my gift cards right then either. This particular cashier has told me this in the past that it’s for your next visit and I said “where does it say that”? This particular cashier is always pleasant to me but sticks to her guns and I just don’t understand some of these things they are coming up with. Anyone else experience this?

43 Brandi April 16, 2011 at 12:01 PM

@Dawn
I had the cashier tell me the same thing about the Gift Card..that its for your next visit. On the ad it says ‘on your next order’ but, whatever. It’s usually not that big of a deal because I rarely do seperate transactions. It seems like when I do they get attitudes lol.

44 Brandi April 16, 2011 at 12:03 PM

I’m just wondering though, when I come in with my 2 gift cards if they are going to let me use both of them at one time..does anyone know if there are issues with that?

45 Kelly April 16, 2011 at 9:35 PM

They should stick to their guns. They are running a business. Separating your order in different transactions is cheating. If you want to use multiple coupons, come on different days. Or take the time to wait in line more than once. It isn’t fair that I have to spend extra time waiting behind people like you in line. I love a deal as much as the next person but those who continue to take advantage of stores and couponing are making it difficult for all of us.

Jolyn,
I registered for the Driscoll’s coupon & their link informed me that they were out of coupons. :(
