These prices are EVEN BETTER at Meijer now, with the addition of some Mealbox store coupons (thanks, Emily!). I didn’t want you to miss them!

$0.99 Barilla Whole Grain or Piccolini Pasta, 12-16 oz

$5.99-6.49 Stouffer’s Family Size Frozen Meals
, 28-96 oz (price may vary by location)
-$1.00/1 Family Size Entree printable coupon, use 2
-$2.00/2 Meijer Mealbox printable coupon *NEW*
$3.99-4.49 each when you buy 2 with coupons, PLUS get these items free instantly at the register (take them with you):
*FREE Meijer Frozen Garlic Bread, Toast or Cheesesticks, 8-16 oz
*FREE Meijer Frozen Vegetables, 10-32 oz (excludes organic)
*FREE Nestle Toll House Refrigerated Cookie Dough, 16-19 oz
Note: This offer is shown in the Meijer ad. You’ll receive approximately $5.50 worth of free items when you purchase TWO Stouffer’s Family or Party Size meals in one transaction. Limit one offer per transaction.

Some thoughts: This is a great way to stock your freezer with an easy meal for those busy weeknights – or equip a friend with a ready to go meal at his/her disposal. If you have a friend who could use a freezer meal (illness, new baby, or “just because”), when else would you be able to stock them up with 5 items for only $7.98?

You’ll find MANY great deals at Meijer this week. Be sure to visit this week’s Meijer Matchups for the best deals AND the Super Sale Matchups as well (next week doesn’t look nearly as promising!)

couldn’t you use the meijer mealbox frozen veggies coupon with that deal too?

2 Jolyn September 17, 2010 at 2:07 PM

Meijer registers won’t allow any further discount on an item that’s already free.

3 Emily September 17, 2010 at 1:36 PM

I always forget to check the size but the macncheese is $5.49.

Can you use the nestle refridgerated dough coupon for .75 off one with this deal or not since you are getting it for free?

5 Jolyn September 17, 2010 at 2:07 PM

The dough will scan as FREE. The computer will accept your coupon, but you will not receive any discount for it since the product is already as low as it can get – basically you’ll forfeit your coupon with no benefit.

Thanks. I’ll keep it for another time.

Hi I was wondering about this for the Nestle Juicy Juice promotion where you buy two Kelloggs cereal and two 46oz. Juicy Juice, and get $3 off. I have 2 coupons for free Kelloggs from the recall so I am wondering if I could Buy:
2 Kelloggs cereal and 4 ($2ea.)Juicy Juice
Use 2 coupons for free Kelloggs
get $3.00 off for the promotion
Use $2/4 MBQ for the Juicy Juice and
Use $2/4 Manufacturer coupon for the Juicy Juice to get everything free?
I am wondering if it would be different for this situation because I don’t know where the $3.00 off for the promotion comes from( off the cereal, Juice, or both)? -Hopefully that wasn’t too confusing

Usually it will just give a credit off the total, so you should be good.

9 Anna S. September 17, 2010 at 4:10 PM

Oh, sorry I mean to get everything for $1

If only my dumb printer hadn’t run out of ink yesterday. (I prefer to blame it on the printer rather than me for putting off buying rediculously expensinve ink :)

11 jennifer September 17, 2010 at 9:17 PM

Anna – I did this deal yesterday and my receipt showed a (-$1.50) next to the two Kelloggs cereals that I purchased.

Hope this helps you.

This isn’t a bog deal, but I noticed that for my free items, I didn’t get the full price deducted:

Meijer Mixed Vegetables, 32oz: $1.99
*free item*: -$1.79
Meijer Garlic Toast: $1.99
*free item*: -$1.80
Nestle Cookie Dough: $2.50
*free item*: -$2.24

Maybe I picked the most expensive free items? Did this happen to anyone else?

13 molly September 18, 2010 at 7:54 AM

Mine deducted fully. I’d take it back to CS and see if they can credit you the difference.

I scored BIG TIME at Meijer yesterday – thanks, Jolyn! I ended up saving 77 and spending 57 – made sure to use the lower value coupons for Pillsbury and such so they’d double. I got 7 back in Catalinas as well (too impatient to roll…Meijer lines scare me…) and that total included a Singamajig for my son (those are the coolest things ever and only 8.79 if you use the 20% off toy coupon on the Super Sale flyer). We are also now stocked up on veggies/ lasagna/ bread products for 4-6weeks (don’t eat them every day, but following my schedule, about that long).

Okay… I went in today and *almost* did the PF Changs deal and the Stouffer’s deal but completely forgot my rice and cookie dough. Absolutely my error and I would normally just smack my forehead and move on, but I have to go back tonight anyway and wonder if I take my receipt to CS if they will allow me to grab those items?

15 Elisabeth September 18, 2010 at 5:57 PM

Question, if I got through the self-checkout and scan the cookie dough and Meijer veggies and then use my coupons BEFORE scanning the Stouffer’s meals, will my coupons be deducted? Will the deal still work? Has anyone ever tried this? Thanks.

16 tpv September 19, 2010 at 10:51 AM

Ahh….sorry i missed this one. Guess i better visit daily to get these deals!

17 Jolyn September 19, 2010 at 11:17 AM

The Barilla deal is done, but the Stouffer’s Meal Deal continues this week at Meijer.
