What area is Saving Dollars and Sense in? I am in Lake Orion and have totally different P&G coupons than she has listed?

I was shopping at CVS yesterday and noticed a few deals that I did not see advertised. CVS Pantiliners Scented 22 count are FREE after Extra Care Bucks. 2/$1.00 and get back $1.00 ECB – Baush & Lomb Bio True 2 fl. oz multi-purpose solution $2.99 FREE after $2.99 ECB – Limit 2.
On the CVS SoBe . . . Isn’t it actually that you B1G1 free ($1.59 ea.), use a B1G1 MQ, and end up getting 3 bottles for $1.59? Divided by 3 makes them .53 per bottle, not totally free? That’s what happened when I bought the limit of 6 transactions – I got a total of 18 bottles for $9.54, making them .53 per bottle.
Busch’s has SoBe for $1 so wouldn’t it be cheaper to buy these at Busch’s with the B1G1 MQ with a final cost of .50 per bottle?
