I tried to do the Tylenol match up at my local Wags, but they didn’t give me my rewards cuz I used a coupon. :( This is the first time I’ve ever had a problem like this. Bummer. The lady said that if I don’t use a coupon, then it will work. But that’s too much for me. I’ll buy the Wags brand then.

Jen, that is not true, but it seems to be the line that the cashiers will give when the catalina doesn’t print out. I know there is a phone number to call catalina and somehow they will get you your money. I would also speak to a manager next time it happens. Maybe someone will post here that knows how to get that RR for you

rite aid now does their b1g1f items at regular retail price. Even if its on a price drop currently, it goes up to reg. retail. they did not do this when i worked there so i had no idea when i went buy b1g1f. goes to show you have to read the fine print on those sale tags
